How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Incommincenties Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Incommincenties Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Please know that Incommincenties Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@incommincenties.skin and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
